Nermine Nejima is a Student Development Coach and Teaching Assistant at Hult International Business School, where she supports a diverse undergraduate population through individualized coaching, academic planning, and career readiness guidance. Previously, she managed youth-centered and entrepreneurship programs across MENA, including initiatives supporting girls in STEM, building culturally responsive, trust-based relationships with students and community partners. As an international graduate herself, she is passionate about creating supportive, inclusive pathways that help young people navigate transitions, strengthen their confidence, and succeed academically and professionally.
