We continue to build an Inclusive environment where all team members feel a sense Belonging and are included as full partners in pursuit of this mission. As an organization, we are committed to disrupting and dismantling the oppressive power structures and systematic barriers, rooted in white supremacy, that immigrants and Black, Indigenous and People of Color are forced to navigate. With humility, we commit to ongoing learning and unlearning as we advance on our own racial equity journey in the pursuit of Equity for immigrants.
