Molly serves as the Director of Volunteer and Community Engagement. Molly studied Anthropology and Peace & Reconciliation Studies at the University of Maine. She is passionate about equitable education and dismantling systemic barriers to success.
Molly has extensive experience working with English Language Learners during her time as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Tanzania as well as working with adult immigrants in the Boston area. She loved working with volunteers at Suffolk and Tufts University through Jumpstart, an early childhood education organization. Molly looks forward to building meaningful relationships with students, volunteers, and community members at Enroot to ensure every student receives the support and sense of belonging they deserve.
In her free time Molly enjoys traveling, making mediocre pottery, being outside, and eating breakfast.
