In Djanikah Elysée's role at Enroot, she works closely with her colleagues to ensure mutual success across operations, logistics, and process improvement initiatives.The daughter of Haitian immigrants, their stories have shaped her work ethic and team-oriented work style. Her hope is to support Enroot and create pathways that improve the lives of everyone connected to the organization. She echoes the passion her colleagues have for their work in providing opportunities, prioritizing racial equity, diversity, and inclusion. 

Djanikah has worked in administrative and operations roles throughout her decade-long career, spanning multiple industries, including healthcare, social services, and education. With a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences from Howard University, and a Master’s in Acupuncture from MCPHS University, she has always had a heart for people. She followed her people-passion through roles at the Mass General Brigham, Hebrew SeniorLife, and Hack.Diversity, among other companies, where she helped overhaul operating procedures, managed projects, and supported compliance measures, along with her administrative duties. Outside of work, you will find Djanikah spending time with her dog, Bella Luz,  and studying, while she completes her PhD program. She prioritizes faith-based and creative outlets to unwind, including music, baking, and karaoke, and indulges in the occasional argument with football fans in favor of the Patriots.
