Pamela joined the Enroot team this summer as an intern where she will be doing research for Enroot as well as supporting all other departments as needed.
Back home in California, Pamela has served her community at places like the Astoria Gardens Nursing Home, where she spent three years assisting the elderly, and has also served as a member of Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MEChA), an organization that promotes higher education and cultural values for the Latino community.
Pamela is entering her junior year at California State University Channel Islands where she is working on completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. As someone who will be a first generation college graduate herself, Pamela is passionate about supporting the immigrant community in obtaining the American dream and hopes to serve as an example for the members of Enroot.
In her free time, Pamela likes to draw, read, go on walks, watch movies and not take life too seriously, she believes it’s important to be a little goofy at times :)
