Enroot Board of Directors is excited to announce that Jonathan Rosenthal, an Associate with Interim Executive Solutions, has been selected to serve as Interim Executive Director. Jonathan will support Enroot through this transition period, overseeing day-to-day operations and lifting up the work of staff and volunteers while helping set up our next permanent leader for success. Interim leadership also ensures that we are deeply supportive of our staff and the broader community we serve during a period of change. We look forward to Jonathan’s contributions in this regard.
Jonathan brings a wealth of experience and commitment to Enroot’s mission. He has been an interim ED for five organizations and is the co-founder of Equal Exchange. Oke USA, and Just Works Consulting. Locally he is an advisory board member of the Center for Cooperative Development and Solidarity and an emeritus board member of Cambridge’s Root Capital. Jonathan’s proven leadership skills, strategic vision, DBIE work, and dedication to fostering collaboration make him an ideal choice to shepherd Enroot as we embark on our search for a permanent Executive Director.
